Skills Forge Solutions (Pty) Ltd
1. CORPORATE AND BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT MODEL
We build custom business solutions, not off-the-shelf products. Because we lock down specialized creative resources for your project, our standard billing rules are strictly business-to-business.
Skills Forge Solutions (Pty) Ltd operates exclusively as a bespoke business-to-business (B2B) corporate services agency. We specialize in custom interactive learning systems, internal culture storytelling, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace optimizations. Because our digital assets, media journeys, and consulting structures are meticulously built to a client's specific organizational parameters, we do not offer generic retail refunds or exchange frameworks.
2. THE 50% NON-REFUNDABLE COMMENCEMENT DEPOSIT
To start your project, we require a 50% deposit. Once paid, this deposit is strictly non-refundable because we immediately begin auditing your data and designing your custom content.
-
The Commitment Rule: To formally greenlight any project, map production sprints, or schedule strategic consultation blocks, the client must pay an upfront commencement deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total project value as defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW).
-
Immediate Value Allocation: Upon receipt of the 50% deposit, our team immediately allocates specialized creative and engineering resources, initializes secure Notion Client Portals, and begins the intensive ingestion and audit of corporate handbooks and structural source materials.
-
Earned Revenue: Therefore, the 50% upfront deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once processing begins. It serves to offset the immediate operational overhead and specialized labor dedicated to initiating the project.
3. PROJECT ALTERATIONS, PAUSES, AND CHANGE ORDERS
If your project changes mid-way or your company needs to pause development, we don't refund previous milestones. We will freeze the project and work out a structural adjustment.
-
Milestone Payouts: Remaining progress payments or final milestone fees (the remaining 50%) are tied to phase completions or final handovers as explicitly itemized in your signed SOW. Once a milestone phase is reviewed, approved, and billed, those funds are considered finalized and non-refundable.
-
Project Suspension: If a corporate client undergoes an internal restructuring, operational pivot, or requests an indefinite project pause mid-sprint, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to that date. Skills Forge Solutions will issue a formal credit note or an adjusted project resumption fee, valid under a signed Change Order amendment.
4. SERVICE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If something isn't right with our deliverables, we don't offer refunds. Instead, we use our dedicated Quality Check phases to revise and correct the work until it matches your exact project brief.
We take immense pride in our elite quality standards. If a deliverable fails to meet your organization's expectations or violates your original brief, the remedy is handled via our structured Internal Quality Assurance (QA) and Revision cycles as defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA):
-
The client must submit detailed, written feedback during the official Client Review Phase (tracked inside our staging boards).
-
Christopher Louw (Director) will review the feedback and direct our design network to make the required aesthetic or logical revisions until the deliverable perfectly aligns with the agreed contractual criteria.
